No previous sailing experience necessary. Bookings essential, one to eight guests. The tour will need a minimum of four guests for cruise to proceed. Please note there may be other passengers on this cruise. All ages welcome.

Experience the basics of sailing and enjoy the feeling of being at the helm of a Catalina yacht. Enjoy a cruise out in the bay and then set the sails and practice your maneuvers in the bay under the guidance of an experienced crew.
Your day begins as you board the Catalina yacht with your small group and experienced crew. You’ll enjoy a relaxed cruise out of the marina, then it’s into Dromana Bay to hoist the sails and practice your sailing maneuvers’ under the watchful eyes of your skipper. You’ll practice tasks such as winching, mainsail and tacking while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
With the wind in your hair and the fresh sea breeze on your skin, you’ll feel relaxed and energized. Once your sailing session has ended you’ll enjoy complimentary snacks on the cruise back to the marina. A great day out for someone who has a keen interest in sailing but doesn’t know where to start.
