The French-inspired cellar door showcases exclusive, estate-grown wines including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, reflecting the region’s cool climate and rich soils. Wines are matured for 12 to 14 months before being hand bottled by winemaker Michael Kyberd, with traditional techniques and French barriques adding depth and character.
