The Cambium

Nestled in the lush surrounds of Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, The Cambium is an exclusive-use venue for businesses looking to enact change, away from the distractions of a traditional workplace.

It’s a space designed to nurture purposeful collaboration, creative thinking and in-depth strategy in the great outdoors. Located on a 4-acre property, boarded by 66 acres of bushland, fresh air is always on the agenda.

It’s a blank canvas for innovation, thoughtfully tailored to the unique intention of each group’s visit.

No two experiences are the same, with every group package tailored to their specific needs. We work with each client to curate an exceptional retreat with experiences that include, accommodation, business facilities, team building and wellbeing activities, private dining, business speakers and facilitators.

Our facilities include:

- 10 king/queen accommodation suites with private ensuites

- The Boardroom, complete with open fireplace and business AV technology

-       A multi-purpose space complete with whiteboards, projector and screen

- The Loft, private space to work or relax
