Hickinbotham of Dromana

Hickinbotham of Dromana is a long-established Mornington Peninsula winery and brewery offering a relaxed and distinctive setting for corporate group dining, celebrations and events.

Established as a winery in 1988, Hickinbotham continues a three-generation family winemaking tradition, with Andrew Hickinbotham producing award-winning wines including Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz. The HIX Brewery, established in 2008, offers an extensive selection of handcrafted beers, with a ruby cider also available on tap.

Set overlooking the vineyard, the rustic and character-filled Cellar Door provides a welcoming backdrop for group occasions. The kitchen focuses on quality, fresh food made using local ingredients, complemented by the estate's wines and beers.

The restaurant can accommodate private dining groups of up to 40 guests, while cocktail-style events can cater for up to 200 guests, providing flexible options for corporate lunches, client entertaining, team celebrations and larger functions.

With its combination of local produce, award-winning wines, handcrafted beers and vineyard setting, Hickinbotham offers a relaxed and memorable group dining experience on the Mornington Peninsula.
